Welcome on my website. This site is about music composition and theory. There's a free and nifty course in harmony, a paper on music composition, a paper on music theory, a set of links to qualified teachers and a list of books on music theory, harmony, music history and orchestration. All in Dutch, I'm afraid.
Some parts of the website have been translated into English. If you write music as a beginner or as an amateur and you would like to know more about music composition, then you might enjoy (or hate) the FAQ and the Do's and Don'ts. Have fun with Write Music Now too.
I teach music theory and composition to Dutch students and musicians. It would take me too much time to teach in English, but I'm willing to have a look at your music. It's not free, but in the end you might save yourself time, grief and money. Visit Contact.
